General Conduct

  1. Maintain discipline and decorum within the institute premises.
  2. Respect faculty members, staff, and fellow students.
  3. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated.
  4. Use institute property responsibly; damage to property will lead to penalties.
  5. Follow the institute’s dress code .

Attendance & Punctuality

  1. Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 80% to be eligible for examinations/certifications.
  2. Unauthorized absence for more than 7 consecutive days may lead to disciplinary action.

Academic Responsibilities

  1. Complete all assignments, projects, and assessments on time.
  2. .Participate actively in practical training, workshops, and group activities.
  3. Maintain professional ethics while training and engaging in coursework.

Use of Facilities & Resources

  1. Library books and other institute resources must be returned on time.
  2. Misuse of internet, labs, or institute infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
  3. Mobile phones should be on silent mode during class hours.

Disciplinary Actions

  1. Any misconduct may lead to warnings, fines, suspension, or expulsion.
  2. Smoking, alcohol, or drug use within institute premises is strictly banned.
  3. Ragging or bullying in any form is a punishable offense under the law.

Examination & Certification

  1. Students must follow all exam rules, including carrying valid ID proof.
  2. Any attempt at malpractice during exams will result in immediate disqualification.
  3. Certifications will be awarded only upon successful completion of all academic and practical requirements.

Code of Conduct for Future Trainers

  1. Students must uphold the ethical standards expected of future trainers.
  2. Professional behavior, including effective communication and leadership, should be demonstrated.
  3. Continuous learning and self-improvement should be practiced throughout the course.
